How do JW's determine a person is anointed?

i've always wondered about this.

when a person believes they made a spiritual connection with god and proclaims themselves as anointed, how do they determine whether this person is anointed or not.

does a group of elders look at the person's spiritual resume and check off the person's pioneer stats, bible knowledge, attendance, work ethic, personality, etc and then believe in the person if they have a good track record?

Brother Hitting on Df'd Brothers Wife at KH

interesting story i have a friend who is df but his wife still faithfully goes to meetings.

there's a single brother in the cong that is always flirting with his wife.

well at a recent meeting my df friend decided to show up to check this brother out.

The single guy probably thinks he can pretend the disfellowshipped guy is dead.

The single guy may find himself having his ass kicked by a "ghost."

Hopefully there won't be two or more witnesses to this supernatural event.

Hospice and JW

i am a bereavement coordinator with a hospice company.

i have noticed that most often jw patients decline chaplain care and also the family ends up declining bereavement care.

where i work our chaplains do not proselytize at all...they merely walk with the patient in their faith at the end of life.

A.: You are in a difficult position. Were you aware that The Watchtower Bible & Tract Society (WTB&TS) is opposed to interfaith or ecumenical events? The reason for this is simple: Jehovah's Witnesses believe that they have THE TRUTH and that all the churches of Christendom are snares and rackets operated by Satan. The only way you could overcome this would be to have a JW minister on your staff, and the catch-22 is that no real JW minister would agree to participate in such an effort.

where leah began with the idea of just a few shows, i think she is now taking this on for "as long as it takes".

she is in that mode of being outraged that what she believed in so long is such a lie she wants to shout it from the rooftops, and get people to notice.

I just watched "Ask Me Anything, part 2" (our friend Steve Hassan was GREAT!)

...and now I see two more episodes on the schedule; an un-numbered one titled "What Went Down: Victim Blaming" and an episode #8 is scheduled, titled "Leah Remini - APOSTATE".

She is doing "The Lords Work" - freeing us of the domination of men who would be Kings and Priests over man.

"I should like this, and I mean it most sincerely, I should like to see the last King strangled with the guts of the last Priest" -- attributed to Voltaire, Diderot, and possibly others.

I want to clarify something I said: "No one "assisted" me in any way. I had no 'minions' doing my bidding..."

Actually, there were many who assisted me, but I didn't treat them like "minions" and compensated them for their assistance, without which I would have been less successful.

I treasure those friends I have worked with.

I have DirecTV in the USA, and it shows that on January 17 at 7 PM (Pacific Time) A&E will air "Ask Me Anything, part 2" with Leah Remini and Mike Rinder.

So there might be one more episode, and I think I heard that A&E has agreed to air a second season of "Scientology and the Aftermath."

Is this a normal JW practice? Warning, this will be a bit graphic.

this post may be disturbing and i apologize, but i'm just trying to find out if this is a practice the jw teaches.

i was taken advantage of by a guy claiming to be a jw preacher.

he took me to his house supposedly so i could give his daughter piano lessons, and then he basically forced himself on me while telling me he was in love with me and wanted to marry me.
